Hi guys,

If I ivest p.e. a diplo chit with axis into russia. And lets assume russia has a 20% status what exactly means that?
Does it mean that russia only gets 20% of its income? And how does it work with the US?

Yes, at 20% the USSR is only receiving 20% of her potential income.

Declare war on the USSR and you'll soon see her income go up! [:)]
