10U1 Sub Attack when in patrol mode

My subs seem to be allowed to attack even when in patrol mode which I do not believe is WAD.

When you attack, it wont let you. You'll get a message. It has always been like this. I noticed it in previous versions.

I designed the messages that way so it is self teaching to players. Instead of nothing happening and frustration.
Players learn as they make mistakes which is one of the best ways to teach.

Smart Alvaro. I never noticed it before, but that is a good paradigm.
