July 1941. USSR at 71% mobilisation. An Axis player wondering whether he can take one more turn to optimise his deployments, or whether he has to push the big red button right now.
So far as I can see, the USSR will move 5-10% towards the Allies thanks to there being many units within 10 hexes of Warsaw. But are there any other mobilisation effects on the USSR at present that will turn delay into disaster?
