Examples that save us a click or six:

If I check a leader card, and he is a member of a faction, I should be able to click on that colored faction field to get redirected to the Faction overview tab with the correct faction displayed.

If I want to play a XYZ retirement card, the UI should show only reserve pool members, as only those can be fired.

If I click the Construction overview I want a sum of all metal, IP etc. that is used by the construction this turn.

Shadow Diplomat should mouseover read: the next diplomacy skill roll not the next skill roll. Or made to 'next skill roll', as governors would surely like some intelligence helpers squish the rioters.

Having more than 26 zones is troublesome because only 26 show up in the Quick Zone Bar on the left.

Please add a scroll option there, preferably with mouse wheel scroll.

P.S.: Manual says :

5.8.10.3. FACTION HAPPINESS
Factions also have a Happiness Level. This level is important and if high
will provide you with benefits, while if low it will burden you with problems.
Faction Happiness changes when you make Decisions that concern Profiles
that are in the Faction Likes and Dislikes.

Can a Faction even have a dislike ?!?
(That might actually make for more Faction variety...
also some leaders only have dislikes, so unless they make their own faction (which would be weird with no likes), they are stuck being factionless... which is probably a bad thing ?? (there's always Militia for those few that would stay neutral ??))
