QoL Functionality Request: Mouse Scroll -> Info Pages

The way pages are implemented, for example, on the MNG Leaders screen, could really benefit from allowing mouse scroll to go up and down pages, rather than having to mouse all the way over to the page number in the upper right. Would reduce a bit of UI fatigue.
Another place that could really benefit from this is the assets list in the main panel at the bottom of the screen -- set so that if you mouse over that whole segment then mouse-scroll, it will go up and down pages.
