The Vichy 2nd and 3rd DD Grps. are Submarine Groups for some reason 10U1

In the 10U1 beta, the Vichy 2nd and 3rd DD Grps. are Submarine Groups - Attack Submarine 1940, for some reason, shouldn't they be Patrol Groups - Warships 1940, like the 1st DD Grp.?

Okay, thanks. I only noticed this, as was testing what happens when Vichy is created. I haven't played the latest beta far enough to know weather this happens in the 1939 scenario.
