Beta 10U1 - Production bug erasing units

I think I have found this problem in 1.00.08 patch but I was unable to understand it.
Now, I have a saved game if needed and the logs.
So, here is the
Deployment situation. As you can see, I have two Ground support units under construction:
VII Fliegerkorps
XII Fliegerkorps

Now, using the Production window, I am selecting a
U-47 SS Grp submarine clicking on
Purchase button.
And immediately after (
within the same second), I am clicking on the
Undo last build button.

But, as you can see the
U-47 SS Grp submarine unit is not cancelled. It is still there.
And moreover,
it has erased one of the two ground supports units under construction: The
XII Fliegerkorps.

Ok so I think this must have been a 1.00.081 scenario that was started and at that time shipyard ID data was an issue. I can't replicate the error with your game in 1.00.09.
