Playing hotseat in Europe 1939, the USSR is in peace time situation. Its logistics stockpile is currently at 1056 points.

And, as you can see, an Infantry Rifle corps consumes 20 logistics points.

Ending the turn, Germany is declaring war against USSR.

Going on the Soviet exact same turn, there are already 5 corps that have been converted to 5 armies.

As you can see in the below screenshot, an infantry army (and an infantry split army???) are consuming 36 logistics points.
But, still in the below screenshot, the USSR logistics stockpile is unchanged at 1056 points.

Is this convertion supposed to be free in terms of logistics?

Otherwise, I would have expected to see a total of 1056 - ( 5 x ( 36 - 20) ) = 976 points in the stockpile.

An infantry army consumes 36 logistics points. So I assume this means that 2 infantry split armies consumes 36 logistics points.

Disbanding an infantry army that was converted from a corps.

36 logistics points are indeed returned.

Disbanding an infantry split army that was converted from a corps (<18).

18 logistics points are indeed returned.

And the overall USSR logistics stockpile is increasing by the logistics points returned.
So everything is working fine here.

Soviet reserve armies are coming free of logistics but they are already in the Deployment window, so assumed already bought.

The real question is if this convertion supposed to be free in terms of logistics points?
