Turn 28. Next turn.
The German attack the Russian Cav unit which retreats into the hex formally occupied by the German Para Divisions.
Into a retreat hex which was German controlled.
HOW is that possible????
If the Para was scheduled to disband (or shipped West) after Turn 27, how could it do that while out of supply.
It should not!
Thus, how was this possible!!????

Assuming it's not bugged I'm thinking maybe axis withdrawals happen in the Soviet end of turn phase? I.e before hexes are checked for supply status. If that were the case then the hex would convert to Soviet control for the start of axis turn 28.
