Change map terrain and rivers in Russia for a slower progress game

New terrain and rivers in Russia have been added to the following scenario:
Europe 1939 Italian Option
Europe 1939
Europe 1940


Looks like they are not yet reported in the following scenario:
Europe 1941
Europe 1942
Europe 1943
Europe 1944

WTF? I know I did these scenarios too. Well let me get this fixed.
