Played versus the AI

When you choose the Germany event (DE - 607, "Bring Paul Von Hindenburg Out of Retirement?") to create the "von Hindenburg" headquarter, then you can afterwards buy a headquarter with "von Hindenburg" again. In my current game, I have one with value 7 and one with value 8, both "von Hindenburg". Ideally the event would stop the possibility to pick "von Hindenburg" and disable him for new HQs, because he is already used.

Thanks for the report and could you provide some more info here to help us better understand the possible issue?

1) For example, could you tell us if this is one of the default campaigns or perhaps a modified one (customized on your end)?

2) Also, could you tell us what language mode you are playing in? e.g. in English or perhaps German, Spanish or French?

3) Is this versus the AI, or PBEM++?

Thank you, this is helpful as we are now able to see the issue and correct it as it only affects the German language version as far as we can tell at the moment.
