Someone knows what is this window about and how to solve, the two trade agreements oil resources from netherlands and one from america don´t arrive despite i have enough convoys.

What version of MWIF are you running?

This is a Debug message I have in the code to help me figure things out when there are problems finding resources to fulfill trade agreements.

There are over 50 of these diagnostic messages in that section of code (which consists of 3560 lines). But all of them are disabled in my copy of the source code.

I might have forgotten to disable some of them in some earlier version.

I´m running 4.2.1.2 debug, and i´ve another problem i think is related, Japan don´t recive the two oil resources from neteherlans, it didn´t even appears in the production summary pannel however they use two convoys in the chine sea that i can´t use.

Here we can see taht Japan don´t receive the two oil resources.

And here how the two resources take two convoys in the china sea.

Seems that all axis´s trade agreements with minor countries are wrong or not in efect. I realise that none of them appears in the production summary.
