Muscovite (Moscow based) player looking for WiR 3.3 opponent for a PBEM game, not fussed which side I play, house rules, 7-hex blizzard rule etc.

Relaxed game pace
1 Turn per day every 1-3 days

Do you know these variant?
It´s more historic and the soviets are stronger.

Which is contradictory. Possum's scenario is a response to the difficult (possibly too difficult) position the Soviets are in in the standard game, but I wouldn't call it historical, he's rebalanced the scenario to make it more competitive, but at the expense of historical accuracy.

Ed, would you do me a favor and explain what do you mean with "but at the expense of historical accuracy"??? I know that Possum made the alternative 41 campaign, but nontheless, it would be nice.

He strengthened the Soviets across the board, ground and air, so they can fight better in '41, beefing up their readiness and experience, and expanding the Soviet OOB with extra units. With his scenario, the Red Air force can reach astounding proportions in less than a year.
