In a game and the game is malfunctioning. Buttons have disappeared for my opponent and he is jumping into the next weather turn for some reason... Any Help?

It might be a corrupt game. I'll PM you.

Sometimes that does happen. Very rare though. I think it has only happened twice.

I am the BV opponent, our PBEM is 199126, I am the one who cannot send a turn, do I have to do something?

I PMed you with the information. I need that step 1st before I restore. I need to make sure this isn't a catastrophic bug.

Is this a 1.00.091 game or a beta game? Or started 1.00.091 then using beta game?

1.00.091 game, surely I play by mistake some turn from the Beta That I have installed (1.00.081 beta 10U1)

*but really i´m not sure

beta shouldn't impact the data.
