This is Vistula to Berlin Scn PBEM

I do wonder if the axis are a bit strong in this what do you all think - maybe too many strong level 3 forts at the start?

OK here is my back hand blow turn by turn - Bromberg Pocket

First make a tempting thin wall

Well done with the trap [:)]. I think the Soviets need a good 1st turn in this scenario and then have to continue pushing hard. The Axis gets some suprisingly strong units as reinforcements and if the initial army isn't weakened enough, and they can find a moment to dig in, things become tough. Initial Axis deployment and army organization is bad, and the Soviets need to exert constant pressure so the Wehrmacht can't reorganize into a good structure. The reds also should do some thorough army management to channel resources where they are needed most as many formations are understrengths initially.

Also it helps if you can risk taking two PZD form the Kurland situation!! Agree the Soviets need a good first turn and not try and be everywhere at once.
