Skill without name

I have a skill on my SHQ leader. The skill name is "N/A".
The skill is classed as a war skill, but one of the many outside the group.
There is no data on where this skill I unsed in, but the leader is pretty good (23 Levels + 30 Atribute = 52). All but one of those skill levels were aquired using XP after hiring this leader (at game start).
