Can't Log In to Server

When I try to log into the server it says "The username and password do not match" there was a default in there already so I assume I registered at one time. It will not let me register again and gives the same error message. How do I get past this?

Be sure you have your login and PW written down.
Delete this file
#1 In C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\ .... delete -> (steam version) playerDataSteam.dat.... (matrix version) playerData.dat
To reset the login file and try again.
If that doesn't work contact Matrix support or give it 30m. Might be something wrong with the servers.

I tried deleting the file but still get the same error.
I do not know what my login and pw is.
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall WarPlan to fix it?

Contact Matrix support on your email and login. That is something I can't help.
I have done this in the past where I swear my password is X and it really is Y or my login.
