Game complains about the SHQ not being able to deliver replacement units, while militia units sit in SHQ.

I conclude from the savegames below that the game actually tries to resupply a militia unit (in this case the 7th Halfbridge Guards Regiment) with replacement troops but cannot, because it somehow builds the wrong units.

This is the 2nd time in 2 different matches that I notice exactly this behaviour.
Check this thread in the Warroom for a case where a militia unit sits on top of the SHQ and does not get replacement troops - with exactly the same number of troops sitting in storage!

Turn 16
BlueGreen016.se1
7th Halfbridge Guards Regiment
1100x Rifle Milita
400x MG Militia
300x RPG Militia
20x Irregular Artill.

During turn 16, I moved into an ambush in (35,36) and lost
100x Rifle Milita
100x MG Militia

Turn 17
BlueGreen017.se1
7th Halfbridge Guards Regiment
1000x Rifle Milita
300x MG Militia
300x RPG Militia
20x Irregular Artill.

Turn 29+
BlueGreen029.se1
Up to turn 30, the game still has not produced and delivered
100x Rifle Milita
100x MG Militia
but has
200x RPG Milita sitting in the SHQ and complains about not being able to deliver.

Turn 33
BlueGreen033.se1

The 7th Guard Regiment still sits there, waiting for replacement troops (100x Rifle Milita, 100x MG Militia) that seemingly will never come, while the SHQ complains about not being able to deliver troops (200x RPG Militia):

Militia units still do have a TOE, even if it is not that sensible.
In the Turn 33 save:
- the Militia is missing 1 Infantry, 1 MG Militia
- the SHQ has 2 RPG Militia soldiers, wich do not fit

There is no sensible production for Militia subunits, so you often have replacemens that do not fit. Militia is not intended as a longterm combat force. Or even a short term one. Aside for being or being a citgy garission, Militia is not to be trusted for anything.
Everything here is Working as Designed.

The best way to get the right reinfrocements for one Militia unit, is to disolve another unit (move it to the SHQ and transfer all units).

Note that after 30 turns (5 earth years) the militia will get access to any Model used for the regular armed forces, so future militia reinfrocements will be what you used to have as MG and Infantry on Turn 1.

Yet, a new milita regiment is levied, but (1) the numbers of Infantry/MG seem reversed from what might appear sensible: There are way more MG units than Infantry units?!

(2) ... and some used unit types are not obsoleted, but up-to-date and not even field tested:

The TOE for Militia units are not usually sensible ones.
And they do not prefer reinforcing units of making new ones.
(2) ... and some used unit types are not obsoleted, but up-to-date and not even field tested:
As long as the Model is 30 turns (5 earth years) old, it does not mater if there is anything better or what status they have for your military.
Those all look like they are your starting models. Wich are 33 turns old, by turn 33!
