Flippin' Ports

What are the rules for a port to flip, specifically in regard to the Low Countries? As the Allies, I've taken Amsterdam and the port's remained Axis and/or I've taken Antwerp and the port has not flipped. Seemingly because in both cases an Axis unit has held the Hague. Annoying.....

........paratroops have died to bring you this information........

Ha! That's our game. Your Yankee 101st Airborne, Band of Brothers has to take out the other city to the North. What do the Euros call it, The Hague? Amsterdamn?

If the port is still under enemy control at the end of your turn, in order to flip control to your side, one of your units would need to be adjacent to it, and it would require that no enemy units or enemy resources are also adjacent to the port. Otherwise they retain control.

You have to control the adjacent land hexes to the port before it will flip to your control.
