UI scaling options

Hello, I'm considering buying this and I wanted to confirm the UI scaling options the game offers. The manual shows an image with two options, 7/8 and 3/4, but talks about a 1/2 option that is not pictured. How many options actually exist and would the 1/2 option (if it exists) make the font size reasonably large on a 5K monitor?
