Transport aircraft can transfer troops from a base they stationed at, to any location within their range, with airfield of size at least 1. Is there any air support available there or not, doesn’t matter. But if they can transfer troops there why I have to transfer air unit itself to that base to be able to transfer troops from there. If I transfer air transport units to a base I want to evacuate, and there is no air support there, all inoperable planes would be lost with a base. Why evacuation by air is not modeled? Any ideas? Or may be I‘ve missed something.
