[1.07.01 #93]Several formation seem short a few subunits

The usual size for a Brigade Size formation is 55 subunits. 5 units for the OHQ, 5x10 Units for the Combat Brigades.
The Light Infantry, MG Infantry and RPG infantry do seem to follow that rule (55 Infantry or 45 + 10 Special Types).
The Motorized also follows it in it's own way (55 Infantry + 55 Trucks).
But I just deployed some siege infantry and was surprised to learn that apaprently it is only 9 subunits per formation unit - not the usual 10 for all other Brigade Size Formations.
The overall formation only needs 45 Infantry and 5 Artillery subunits.
With 5 Infantry being tied up in the OHQ, that leaves 8 Infantry and 1 Artillery for each Combat Unit.
The Heavy MG Infantry also seems to be only 45 subunits in total. 25 Infantry and 20 MG, meaning the combat brigades are 4 MG and 4 Infantry only each.
