In which version(s) of the software is ScenEdit_AddMinefield available?
I can't speak to anything other than the retail game version really, it's in at least version 1141.1+ (~April 2020).
I'm pretty sure it's not restricted (so long as the code is actually there) in other variants but you're probably looking for version stamps there and one of the dev's probably have to help you with that one.
