No Cooperation after liberation

Hi!
Two bugs, one mayo, one minor.
MAYOR.France was conquered, not Vichy nor Free France was established.Commonwealth units took París. If you liberate France in liberation phase, Comonwealth and France should cooperate but they do not.
MINOR.Another little bug, at the end of every choose action phase, spam call chinese reserves window.
