Cant load SCS in West Med 4.2.1.2 (Debug),10,0

Can't load Italian SCS in West Med with divisions. The option is greyed out. Not greyed out in Italian Coast. Save attached.

Bug confirmed. It looks like that the possibility of interception makes it impossible to load a division.

I have just recently noticed the same issue, only occurs when there is a possibility of intercept, wether attempted or not.

Loading Italian SCS works when using version 4.2.0 - so bug has been introduced since then.
