Jakobeny mine hex . . .

It is at 195,88 and I am noticing a strong reluctance of Russian units to occupy that hex, even if it is completely undefended with the nearest CP units more than 1 complete turn away. It is worth 15 MPP's and 15 NM to the CP.
Can anything be done to make the CP defend it properly?

Just so I understand for sure here, you'd like to see the CP AI defend it better, and if undefended, see the Russian AI attempt to capture it better as well?

Yes, that's it. In one game the AI Russians virtually encircled it but still didn't take it even though there were no CP units anywhere near.

Thanks and by default going forward the AI should do a better job capturing resources such as this when they begin their turn adjacent to a vacant one. Recent testing indicates this is now working as intended, and on top of this I might add some Garrison scripts as needed for the CP to better defend this as well if applicable.

I find this hex is a bit tough to defend from Russian cavalry as the Russians can get there on their second turn.

Yes, the AI has definitely got the message about attacking this hex. The Russian AI has taken it in April 1915.[:)]
