Situation is France has surrendered. Senegal is the new home country. I believe the French ships in Syria should be in supply as they can trace to a secondary supply source Damascus(which shows as OOS) but Damascus can trace supply to the Port of Suez and an uninterrupted CP chain to Senegal. I am aware the CW and French are not cooperating but it shouldn't impact tracing of supply. Am I correct?

The way you wrote this, I would say this is a bug.

Same version similar supply problem
Italian Marine in Cyprus should be in supply?
CP in sea zone should allow Marine to trace supply to Athens and then Italian city
