[1.07.07] Turn Activity Map Offset Incorrect

The turn activity screen doesn't center the map on the activity; instead it seems to place the point of interest near the top of the screen, often missing whatever it is before a hasty manual scroll can bring it into view.
Can this screen be adjusted to center on the action and not always seem to point itself at the very bottom of the map?
This isn't an issue particular to the beta build. As far I can remember this has always been a problem.
