Bug in a PBEM game; my private economy is building a private metal mine on a hex that already has a public mine operating on it. The public mine was delegated to another zone.

By chance I undelegated the mine this turn. The private mine still has 1 turn of construciton left, I'll report back what happens when the turn comes back to me. I can provide saves if need be.

A relevant amount of data is stored in the savegame. This includes all Stratagems, Events, OOB's, Model Links - and particulary the Assets.
Especially if this was a older "planet creation" save, there can be quite some old bugs in it.

I would guess only a 50/50 chance the version maters for this case, but it might help to mention it.

I'll take a look in the coming week how that is possible. Please also mouse over the scenario version to see the game versions of your PBEM opponents. Please make sure everybody is on latest 1.07 versions.
