My supply percentage is low. My logistic losses are to high? Reduce the production?

The best way to deal with this common problem for the Soviets is to slowly crank down Armaments in the Production Menu (costs 2 AP per 1% reduction) and to limit the TOE of your Artillery, Anti-Tank, and Anti-Air brigades to 50%.

Also, if you have been attacking a lot then that also hurts your supply level.

You can also turn down fort building percentages and try to limit how much air force you have deployed on the map.

Some of your supply problems may be because your reserved rail percentage is too high. Try lowering it to see if you can get resources to HI factories and supplies to armaments factories.

Reserved rail is 10%

Try lowering it to 8%

Where can I find reserved rail and how do I reset it?
