There are two Japanese PART units in a mountain hex, a 1-2 and a 0-3 unit. If I move the cursor so, that I get info on the total strength of the hex, it shows a Defense Strength of 2. If I move the cursor so, that I get info on strength of each unit individually, it shows a Defense Strength of 2 and 0 respectively.
With which strength will the stack defend?
Why is the 1-2 PART shown in a mountain hex with strength=2?
