Hi,
I've been playing this game for years but there's still something I never quite understood. Here's the start of T4. Is it normal that my panzers/motorised divisions are so low on fuel ? They barely moved on T3 and are still low on T4. They are within 5 Hex of their HQ, and the HQ is within 25 Hex of the railhead. Is this normal ? Is there another parameter that I should consider before sending my divisions ahead ?

It's all to do with MP to a rail head. Although the unit and HQ are within supply range the distance in MP by off rail (truck) is large, by this >20MP so they get less. The idea being it cost more fuel to move it. See 20.4.3.1 unofficial manual.

The whole supply thing is complicated but is cover in section 20.4.1 Tracing supply.
