PBEM ERROR - 'GENERAL ERROR, PLEASE TRY AGAIN'

Hot on the heels of last weeks server outage...
In my current game every time I try to conclude a PBEM turn I get this error - 'general error, please try again'.
The game was fine last turn (the first turn since the server outage last week), but now I have had this error three times in a row.
Thoughts?

I was able to play a turn in each of two games yesterday...
And 2 turns in another...but the third will now not upload. Screen just goes blank no message.
Have to end the game to get back.
This was the same issue I had Tuesday night.
Might be an issue again.

I can restore the turn. Sometimes data does get corrupted. This would be about the 5th time it has happened in the last 18m

Thanks Alvaro - I would be happy for you to restore the turn of my game (200283 Squatter v Harrybana). If you could restore to beginning of Allied turn 55 that would be great.

I realise it's the weekend Alvaro, but any idea when you'll get the chance to try resetting the turn?

I was able to play a turn in a different game.
Will try the one that keeps failing again and let you know.

Hmm I don't know how to restore it in the new system. I have to figure this out.

I assume Matrix/Slithering just aren't getting back to you with the information you need to solve this Alvaro?

Bad news I'm afraid Alvaro - my opponent replayed his turn. I opened my turn, moved a unit then saved to server, only to get the 'General error' message again.
Any other possible remedies to save this game?

Make sure WarPlan is on the safe app list.
If you have issues you can also let it run as admin.
Also post the player log here.
Error game logs are here
C:\Users\"your user ID"\AppData\LocalLow\Kraken Studios\WarPlan\player.log
That is error 15. I will ask my sources what exactly generates that or what could.

Thanks for looking into it Alvaro.
There's isn't a player.log in that location, but I'm attaching the three files that are there in case you mean one of them (player/player-prev/output_log)
I'm not running any other PBEMs but am going to create a test game and will let you know if that saves ok or not.
