I would like to add an axis base in the horn of africa with some troops, planes etc. Thanks in advance and please, help me[;)]

i found this program (artpack) https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.a ... age=1&key= but i don't understand how it works. Can someone explain it to me and / or combine the various j_planeside, alpha, top of RHS mod with the italian planes. Thank you

I use a free program called paint.net to crop and add plane art to other mods , its pretty easy to use. Download it and try it out , if you fail shoot me a pm i will do my best
