Wanted to ask how the supply truck change is working out for players.

It is making the game better balanced and not top heavy based on supply trucks?

Of course! They are still important but not so decisive.

It is better. What is surprising is the Soviets that are so weak in my two games. The 30% experience is surely a pain.

Plus I think the land units are getting experience at a slow pace. For me, it comes from this:

Change casualty to kill level by 7% (means less kills more effectiveness loss)

They are not losing enough steps so they are gaining experience slowly. I will try a different strategy in my new Beta games against ComadrejaKorp... [:D]

How to handle the Soviets is this

Max US/UK lend lease.
By 1943 the Soviets should be at 50%.
