... is currently linked to an Axis declaration of war against Greece. Bulgaria joined the Axis on 1 March 1940 and the Germans were in Bulgaria before the invasions of Greece and Yugoslavia.

I cannot locate where any of these entries are located in the Editor.

Anyone know where to look or how to change it? I have edited the percentage Axis lean to make it likely to enter with diplomacy. But I'd like to make it set and 100%.

Country -> select Bulgaria from the country list (right-top) -> Entry Level = 100 (right-left) -> Alliance = Axis (below entry)

Now they are Axis 100%.
