Vic, will you please consider color-code (use red font for the bottleneck item, for example) items in shortage while raising formation. Sometimes you need to spend time to understand that the reason you are able to raise only 55% is logistic points as other requirements are also not in full stock.

If the bottleneck item is color-coded then it will be easily identifiable.

I wholeheartedly agree with the previous post. It's hard to identify what's wrong when looking at the raise formation menu and you can't raise the formation at 100%. It took me about a full minute to identify the shortage of what I needed in order to build a formation. It should take 2 seconds. Please make this red!

And if you're feeling extra adventurous, maybe orange for 75% full on the requested item, and Red on anything below 50?

TLDR, Please make shortages red in Raise Formation menu.
