Will this system also be a part of WitE 2? After all, Naval resupply was important both in the Baltic Sea and in the Black Sea.

And will there be a chance for amphibious landings and HQs? There was something about that in an AAR i think.

yes, in that naval supply is part of the game - and important in particular circumstances.

Only the Soviets (in the Black Sea) can conduct actual amphib landings.

but, the system is largely abstracted, its fairly closely related to the treatment of naval assets in WiTW
