[1.08.02b]Faction Diminishign non-existent Profile

I just noticed a report that in a bit to conform to the Faction, the Leader "Reduced his Democracy Profile to +".
He does not have a Democracy Profile. At all. The only thing he has is a Militia Profile at +
I went 1 turn back. He was already at "Militia +".
This time the report claimed his "heart" profile was reduced to a +. He does not have heart either.
It seems he had "Militia +" as his only profile for at least 3 turns, yet the Faction tried to reduce two he does not have.
