Hi everyone,

In order to implement the correct 10% pre-order discount, we've temporarily halted pre-orders on War in the East 2. All customers who already placed an order will be manually refunded for the difference in price, we are currently exporting those orders and our support staff will be issuing those refunds. Pre-orders will be set live again shortly at the correct pre-order discount price.

Update: Pre-orders are now live again, at the correct price. Manual refunds will be issued to customers that ordered at the non-discounted price.

If a pre-order purchase is made for a copy of WITE2 with the manual, is the postage cost shown before the order is placed, as from previous experience the postal cost is sometimes extremely high?

Yes, the shipment cost is shown before the order is completed.

Preordered. First of all, the credit card expiration date entry process was weird and I almost gave up. But it worked after I took it real slow, like molasses in winter. Which is a movie reference.

Secondly, it was a very cruel process, because it ended with a DOWNLOAD button. Not cool Erik, since it was a FAKE download button. Just a big tease.

I just want to let Matrix know that this commander is ready for the invasion to begin early.
