WiTW Torch DLC Italy-Luftwaffe Fliegercorps not moving

So i cant seem to move the individual fighter stafells in Fliegercorps II?? I have had to reassign them to a different HQ. The scenario is Salerno to Rome. Is the Luftwaffe air campaign buggy or is it me?

Superhans,
I just checked the scenario, and I was able to move three groups from San Severo to Foggia, so there doesn't seem to be a block on moving them. See before and after in screenshot.
What version of the game are you running? Did you have filters on the Commander's Report screen? Did you try manually checking boxes next to certain air groups?
