1943 Soviet rifle division TO&E

They seem to have no AA weapons. Some kind of terrible bureaucratic mistake?

AA was withdrawn and nor replaced till summer of 44, try TM 30 340 ( USSR Field Forces, Chapter 3 Organisation.)
