Troops in Trouble! logistics again

Here I'm posting screen shots of a unit that seems to be green on turn x and is black on turn x+1 even though nothing has changed. The first picture is early summer 519. The next is late summer 519 for used points. I could also post pictures for initial points and bottlenecks

What has changed is that that road hex doesn't have the logistic points any more. Check what is happening in the direction of logistic sources.

Yeah, need to post a screenshot of your logistics network leading to this unit.

Food is always delivered fully, even if there is only 1 Logistics point avalible towards the unit.
If only 2 are left at that road point, that is 1-2 orders of magnitude too little Logistics.

In the 2nd Image, tehre is a second unit that will use Logistics before the GR unit. And it is a gass-guzzling Buggy. But even it does not seem to receive any supply.
No points seem to even reach this part of the road network. Meaning that those assets are not working either.

Please show us a wider picture. This little snapshoot is not remotely enough

I would love to post more picture info, but I don't know how. The picture limitation is 200k, and I had to work hard to get this picture down to that size. How do people generally share their pictures?

Until this issue is fixed, I recommend using software like Gimp or Paint.net, which allow you to not only resize a picture, but also set a custom compression for jpegs :

P.S.: Outside image hosts tend to die at a different time than the forums, which can become very annoying when whole AARs or tutorials are suddenly rendered useless without their pictures.
P.P.S : Yes, I know how ironic it is that I'm using an outside picture myself.

Post the image to imgur. Put imgur link here.

Better yet, put save file somewhere like Dropbox/Google Drive and link here.

When you start a new game, near the bottom on the right side you have "easier logistics", tick that option, and eliminate 95% of logistics issues.

I'm not sure how to see the images. Imgur says 404.

Without looking at the screenshots, maybe I can say something. Something like that happened to me in a recent game. In my case, the reason was that the workers in my city were VERY unhappy. This caused that not enough workers were employed at the logistic truck asset, which, in turn, drastically reduced its logistic points output and the range of my logistic network. All the well-fed troops at the front were suddenly lacking resources.

the forum wouldn't let me post the URL. the actual url you'd need has a slash and an a and another slash and then the Ut2IWdZ. I tried using the full URL and it worked, but I'm the poster.

Here is the link for anyone else: https://imgur.com/a/Ut2IWdZ

The only thing the images show is that the following turn you have no logistics moving up that road so the units don't get any supplies. You'll need to show a larger diagram of the logistics network leading up there or your save game to determine why that is.

As I thought: There is 0 Initial points even reaching the asset south of the troops.

Supply bases do not do what you seem to think they do. They reset the TruckAP used - but they do not stack. Even a dozen Supply bases 1 in a row will never restore more Truck AP in total then one does. For serious range extension you need a 2nd Truck station that can refocus the points. Or going to Railways.

The place for supply bases is between two truck stations - roughly in the middle - so it can make sure both sides capacity reaches the other side without running out of AP.
Alternatively at the last hex before the capacity is going down.
