When I try to enter Netplay, I get an Error 6 and cannot enter the forum.
How is it possible to fix it ?

Are you still having this problem? Have you been able to log into the forum?

Username and password are usually the problem. The Matrix Help/Support people should be able to get you past this difficulty.
