So I played a Hard game on a Morgana world with like 20+ alien minors and the cost of the decision where you choose to send linguistic teams for either 14 or 32 PP becomes crazy long term especially on harder difficulties where you get less PP. It makes it so you have very little PP for doing anything else if you choose the 14 PP option given how many alien minors you can have. I think the event needs to be changed around a bit to adjust its cost.

You can get more PP by getting a bigger HQ Building, but the primary source of PP is the Supreme Command Council. How well was the Political Power generating task financed?

I was putting around 200 BP into Supreme by around turn 30 with it split 50/50 so 100 BP into political power task.
