AI targeting future sites

In my new axis campaign (Patch 1.06.22) i am at 8 nov 43 when the allied launched a raid
from corsica targeting "Weingut 2" a future Me262 plant west of Munic. This site is not
on map and is not scheduled to go online for another 417 turns.
The raid was no secondary or target of opportunity, it went straigt at this target. There
was no damage though.
Does future sites pop up earlier on the allied target list or is this a bug?
