Across the Dnepr download no longer available in member's area?

It appears the files for the Across the Dnepr expansion are no longer accessible in the members area. Is this intentional?

That is an expansion for the Kharkov though, not the expansion for Korsun Pocket. For people that bought the original expansion for Korsun it appears to no longer be possible to download it.
