Uploading Mod procedure question.

Hi, I was wondering how to upload a mod for public testing to the Matrix SC-WW1 Mod section?
I know how to host a challenge on the Pbem++ server that requires both parties to have the exact version of an available mod here at Matrix. I have done several MP's on Chrispy131313's Fall Weiss II mod that required both parties to have the exact version so as to play the many evolving iterations of that wonderful work.
I have never attempted this yet on my own and wish to put up an early test version of one so we can test human vs human. Any help would be appreciated!
