Manual Download Error

When I go to "My Page">"War in the East 2 Downloads">Hit the "Download" button. It opens an untitled tab that is blank in my web browser and nothing happens. How do I fix this? I have tried this in Chrome, and then Edge (Edge sent me back to an untitled tab on Chrome).

I suggest you contact the support desk rather than wait for a post here to be picked up by the Matrix staff.

This should not be working until after the game is released (tomorrow, March 25th) and your order is processed.

I have the same error and it seems, that the download link has a ftp too much
ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/ [...]
removing the highlighted area should work (and works -> tested
)
