Bug... abort German naval air through Metropolitan Vichy.

I think this is a bug. In the course of a Naval Air battle in the West Med and subsequent air attack, a German Naval Air was aborted by AA fire from the UK ships. I was able to abort it from the West Med to Bordeaux without triggering a collapse of Vichy. I do not think I should be able to do so under the rules. There were not anywhere close to enough movement points for the air to have gone around Vichy territory for the abort.
I have attached the last save file, but recreating the bug may be difficult as the file is just one in which the naval area for combat is selected. To exactly recreate it, the air-air battle must be done, and then a successful abort of the German Naval Air from AA be done.
In the thread in the main forum in which this was discussed, another individual was able to recreate the bug by returning a nav air from the sea box to a hex that requires crossing Vichy territory. He also did not trigger a collapse.
